StatCrit is a YouTube analytics tool operated by Invisible Player Limited ("we", "us", "our"). It allows users to track YouTube channel growth and research video performance using data retrieved via the YouTube Data API v3.
By accessing or using StatCrit you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
StatCrit uses the YouTube Data API v3 to retrieve publicly available channel and video statistics. By using StatCrit, you additionally agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge Google's Privacy Policy.
StatCrit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 16 years old to use StatCrit.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in a way that harms the service or other users.

We collect the information necessary to operate your account (name, email, usage data). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. YouTube statistics displayed are publicly available data retrieved via the YouTube Data API and are not stored for longer than operationally necessary.

Channel and video statistics are sourced from the YouTube Data API and may occasionally differ from figures shown directly on YouTube due to API reporting delays, caching, or quota limitations. StatCrit provides this data for informational purposes and makes no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness.
We aim to keep StatCrit available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. During the early access period, features and limits may change.
StatCrit is currently free during early access. When paid plans are introduced, we will give reasonable advance notice. Continued use after pricing changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invisible Player Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of StatCrit or reliance on data provided by the service. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
